I joined WE at a time of rapid growth and exciting new global initiatives. My time at WE brought forward many opportunities to develop both my management and marketing skills, and elevated my industry knowledge. WE has enabled me to greatly boost my career with a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects. At WE, there were no limitations for growth and I’ve always been encouraged to stretch myself, improve my knowledge and develop new skills. No day was ever the same and, for me, it was the diversity that made working at WE really enjoyable. WE is people-focused and, working as partner for the organization now, I still see this throughout the company’s growth and development. WE was an excellent organization with which to build a career.
