An easy-to-use digital toolkit to support families in their well-being journey

Healthy emotional and social development in the early years lays the foundation for mental health and resilience throughout life—and it starts at home. With home life and time spent as a family dramatically changing due to physical distancing and self isolation, it’s more important now than ever to have conversations and share in activities at home. WE Well-being is a program that empowers people of all ages with tools and resources to promote their own well-being and the well-being of their community. Developed in collaboration with leading mental health professionals, it's designed to focus on prevention to help build a foundation of understanding around mental well-being.

In this toolkit, you’ll find downloadable resources to equip families with information and tools to support their well-being. There will be 10 in all, so make sure you check back as we will be updating this page frequently.
