Understanding and managing well-being is becoming increasingly important in today’s world. That’s why, through our WE Schools Well-being initiative for high school students, our primary objective is to provide students and educators with the tools to care for their own well-being and that of those around them. Included here are program resources, educator training materials, and recommended programs through our strategic partners!
Dr. Stan Kutcher is a renowned expert in adolescent mental health and a leader in mental health research. Watch and share his helpful videos on important well-being topics.
In the 2019/2020 school year, we are piloting WE Well-being curriculum designed specifically for high school students. Students will benefit from a sequence of social-emotional learning and service-learning lesson plans that are focused on developing their sense of gratitude, empathy, compassion, altruism and resilience. During this pilot period, we are offering recommended resources, videos, and programs from WE Well-being advisors and strategic partners. We invite you to explore these to see what's best for your classroom or educational community.
