WATCH WE SCHOOLS LIVE ON DEMAND Hosted by renowned speakers such as Spencer West, this online show is designed to engage students in learning, find community connection and promote well-being. Featuring inspiring guests, experts, teachers, celebrities and more, WE Schools Live shows tackled a different, relevant theme and included curated resources, videos and learning tools.
WE TEACHERS HUB
WE Teachers is a no-cost program that provides free resources, tools and training to support teachers and students in addressing the critical social issues they’re facing today and set them up for future success. The program is designed to be personalized, adaptable and highly accessible through virtual learning opportunities, and focuses on building educators’ capacity to drive long-term, sustainable impact.
DAILY VIRTUAL LESSONS
Varying in length from 15 to 20 minutes, these engaging, interactive lessons are taught by a certified teacher. Grade-specific and integrated into the curriculum with clear student goals, they include daily activities and challenges for students to complete following the lesson, plus links to complementary resources to support further learning.
COVID-19 ACTIVITIES AND LESSONS
We know that the non-stop news and social media, combined with social distancing and self-isolation or quarantine can cause feelings of uncertainty and anxiety. Download the WE Well-being toolkit to help inform and support your students and their families during this uncertain time. Download the WE Teachers Pandemic Module to get support on pandemic-related trauma with youth on a home, classroom and community level.
ISSUE-BASED DISCUSSION AND ACTIVITY CARDS
Help your students explore social issues, from discrimination to cyberbullying through the issue-based discussion cards. You will also find well-being activity cards that explore positive human qualities to brain science. Each card has corresponding online resources where youth can find more context, perspectives and detailed statistics on the topic.
